Payment Methods We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Sales Tax Sales tax is only charged to items shipped to a Vermont address. There is no tax on Food or Clothing.
If your order is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, please notify us within 3 days from the date of receipt. This will ensure complete replacement of the damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items at no additional cost to you, or you may choose to receive a full credit or refund of the total purchase price. All damaged, defective or incorrect items authorized for return must be packaged in their original shipping carton with the enclosed packing slip. A return authorization from us is required. Please see below for details on obtaining this authorization.
Returns If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly offer you a merchandise refund or exchange. Just send returns within 30 days of receipt after obtaining return authorization. Simply call (802) 843-2499 or email for your authorization and further instructions. Please note: returns will not be accepted without return authorization. Sale items are final sale.

The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request and to help us assist in order processing. Our customer list is confidential and is not made available to anyone.
Shipping Items generally ship within 24-48 business hours from when your order is received. Orders ship UPS Ground (We regret we cannot ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.) We ship via UPS within the Continental U.S. UPS requires a street address and will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Delivery Surcharges Some larger items may cost more to ship. When this is the case, you will see the surcharge listed by the item price. The surcharge is in addition to the regular delivery charges listed above.
